Ah yes, this is when I start to get sentimental. In a little over a week, I leave Kenya.

Most of all, I will miss my housemates. When I was coming back from Nairobi last night, I really did feel like I was coming home. We’ve all been a bit scattered recently - traveling, vacationing, working outside of Busia - but when we are together, it’s just so fun(ny) and comfortable. I feel lucky to have found my Busia family.

Of course, I am running out of time. For work stuff I feel okay because I will still be doing part-time work from the states. But for life… ah, so much that I wanted to do that I haven’t. I guess I will just have to come back at some point..
